Following is the potential risk that may be cause by the above modifications:
Modified controller: It may cause the bike system failure, battery discharge failure, motor overheating and demagnetization, loss of various diagnostic and protection functions.
Modified battery: it may cause the controller failure, motor malfunctions. It may even cause serious injury or damage property.
Any power system modification that has not been authorised by Sur-ron may cause wheelset failure, transmission system overload, brake system overload and even bike frame failure.
