Q: How many pedal assistance modes does the Lynx have and how do I change between them. Can I change modes while riding?
A: Lynx has three pedal assistance modes. Press the MODE button located left integrated controller to switch between PAS 0-3. Modes can be changed while riding.
Q: How do I operate the lights? Where are the lights located?
A: Press the LIGHT button located left integrated controller to operate the lights. There is one headlight & one taillight.
Q: How do I power Lynx on/off?
A: Press the ON / OFF button located left integrated controller to operate the lights.
Q: What type of terrain is Lynx appropriate for?
A: Suggestions are outlined below:
1: Regular paved surface where the tyres can maintain ground contact. Low slopes.
2: Unpaved and gravel roads. Reasonably smooth off-road trails. Medium slopes.
Q: What is the target rider/audience for this product?
A: Usage: Daily on-road commuting. Recommended rider height: 160-185cm
Q: What tools will I need to tighten loose screws?
A: The Lynx included a multi-function tool to help you tighten loose screws
Q: When will pedal assistance kick in?
A: Pedal assistance will start when the power and PAS mode is turned on and you begin pedalling
Q: Does this Product come with app connectivity?
A: No.
Q: Can I ride this in any temperature – what is the operating temperature range?
A: The recommended operating temperature is -10 – 50°C
Q: Does the product need any special regular care, storage etc?
A: When you remove the battery to store it, make sure it is in a safe, climate-controlled space. If the bike is not used for a longer period, it is best to remove the battery from the bike. Charge when needed, at least every 3 months.
When charging the battery, make sure it is in a dry location and be sure it’s in a place where it won’t cause a fire.
Q: Can I take my electric bike over jumps or off high drops?
A: No, Lynx is not designed for taking over jumps and taking off high drops.
