In order to stay within warranty cover you must use your scooter within its limitations and not exceed its maximum parameters. To avoid disappointment please thoroughly read your user manual to gain knowledge of your products parameters. Read the below guidance on what may be considered covered under warranty and not.

Your product is designed and engineered to operate within parameters that are clearly defined. For your safety and for increased longevity your product should not be tampered with or modified. This includes but is not limited to max speed, environment, terrain, temperature and weight limit. If you use your use your device in a way that it is not designed to this will immediately void the warranty
Your product is designed to be used as a personal commute device and as such does not meet the standards required of a commercial product. Any commercial use of your product will immediately void the warranty.
Your product is designed and engineered to operate within parameters that are clearly defined. For your safety and for increased longevity your product should not be tampered with or modified. Any modifications that are applied to your device will immediately void the warranty. This does not include modifications in the form of attachments that are produced by Segway-Ninebot for specific use with your device i.e. Segway-Ninebot Seat attachment, Segway-Ninebot Phone holder etc

Segway-Ninebot products have differing levels of waterproof rating but any use in wet weather will decrease the longevity of your device. It should not be left in the rain or stored outside. Store your device in an appropriate internal space with ventilation and mild temperatures.

Returns will not be granted for products that do not meet their maximum parameters of speed and range. Each product has been tested in controlled conditions and produced a maximum speed and range parameter as outlined in the manufacturer’s documents. There are varying factors which will determine the performance of your specific device which will differ from the testing circumstances and will vary based on different temperatures, load(weight),wind, speed, slope, terrain, road conditions fluctuations in speed starting/stopping and battery condition and other factors. Ensure you maintain appropriate charging and storage practices to maintain maximum performance from your battery.
